Starting May 18, 2009, Customs and Border Protection (CBP) will start enforcing the requirement for all pilots to submit in electronic form an itinerary at least 1 hour before any trip leaving or arriving in the U.S., and that submission must include not only complete information on the airplane and crew, but also on the passengers.
